Project Management & Process Standardization Improve Efficiency & Dealer Experience

One of the most significant projects we have supported is the migration of the company’s e-commerce platform from an outdated and inefficient third-party platform to an in-house solution. Our client did not have the internal staff to take on the project. So we provided program and project managers as well as business, systems, and network analysts to execute the client-led migration and support dealer onboarding.

Our team developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting dashboards. We also implemented the JIRA system to track and resolve escalated technical issues and track dealer communication while ensuring continuous process improvement. As a result, the client was able to:

On-Demand also provided a specialized team to manage hardware, software, and services contracts for our client’s in-vehicle technology division. This division develops products such as multimedia systems and connected vehicle services like emergency assistance and remote start.

Because the technology involves a wide range of highly specialized contracts — from hardware and software engineering to data privacy — it’s very challenging to find team members with the required expertise.

We recruited a team of contract management experts with experience working with product owners and engineers on SaaS technology contracts. Our consultants handled end-to-end contract creation, negotiation, and oversight, working with suppliers, legal, procurement, and internal teams.
